Tipsy Media, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates websites, brands, and services under various trade names. This Privacy Policy applies to our websites and services that link to it, as well as related inquiries, communications, applications, and business interactions.
We collect information you provide when you contact us, request information or services, subscribe to communications, complete a survey, register for an event, or apply to work with us. This may include your name, contact details, organization, professional information, preferences, and the contents of your submissions.
We may also receive information from referrals, business partners, advertising platforms, and publicly available professional sources, such as business directories and LinkedIn. We do not purchase contact lists.
When you visit our websites, cookies and similar technologies may collect your IP address, browser and device information, approximate location, pages visited, and interactions with our content or advertising.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We receive billing and transaction information but do not directly store full payment card or bank account details submitted through those providers.
This Policy describes information we handle for our own business purposes. Information we process solely on a client’s behalf is governed by applicable client agreements and that client’s privacy practices.
We use personal information to respond to requests, provide and manage services, process transactions, communicate with you, review applications, administer events and surveys, and maintain business relationships.
We also use information to improve our websites and services, understand interests and behavior, send marketing communications, measure advertising, protect our systems, and meet legal obligations.
Where appropriate, we may record or transcribe conversations after providing notice and obtaining any required consent.
We disclose information to service providers that support our business, including website hosting, communications, payment processing, analytics, advertising, information storage, and other technology and professional services.
We may share event registration information with an identified co-host for purposes explained when you register. We may also disclose information at your direction, to comply with law, protect rights and safety, resolve disputes, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of our business.
We do not sell customer lists for payment. However, certain disclosures to advertising providers may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under applicable privacy laws.
The restrictions on text messaging information in Section 5 apply regardless of the other sharing described in this Policy.
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, to operate our websites, understand activity, measure campaigns, and show relevant advertising. This includes advertising to people who have previously visited our websites.
We may provide contact information to advertising platforms for audience matching, campaign measurement, and reaching similar audiences, subject to applicable requirements and the restrictions in this Policy.
Our websites may contain videos, maps, social media content, scheduling tools, and chat features supplied by third parties. These providers may collect information when their content loads or when you interact with it. Their privacy policies explain their practices.
Browser and advertising-platform settings may let you limit certain cookies or personalized advertising. These settings may apply only to a particular browser, device, or account and may not prevent every form of collection. A cookie notification, by itself, does not turn off tracking.
Email. Depending on your interactions with us and the notice provided when we collect your information, we may send newsletters, updates, invitations, and other marketing emails. You can unsubscribe using the link in those messages or by contacting desk@offhandstrategy.com.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary communications about your account, transactions, support requests, or services.
Text messages. We use text messaging for occasional, individual business conversations with clients and vendors, including service coordination and responses to inquiries. We do not send promotional text campaigns or unsolicited marketing texts.
You may agree to these communications by texting us first, giving verbal permission, or providing permission through an agreement. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to stop text messages. For assistance, reply HELP or contact desk@offhandstrategy.com. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out.
We do not sell or share mobile information collected for text messaging, including SMS consent information, with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging providers may process the information needed to deliver and support these communications.
We retain information for business, service, recordkeeping, security, and legal purposes. Retention varies by the type of information and its use; we do not apply one automatic deletion period to all records. You may request deletion, subject to applicable legal requirements and permitted exceptions.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system or method of transmission is completely secure.

Depending on your location and the laws that apply to our business, you may have additional rights, including obtaining a copy of your information, opting out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, withdrawing consent, or appealing a decision about a privacy request.
We may need to verify your identity or a representative’s authority before fulfilling certain requests. We will respond as required by applicable law and explain any limitations. Where an appeal right applies, you may submit your appeal to the same email address. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Our websites and services are intended primarily for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Please contact us if you believe a child has provided information to us.
We may update this Policy as our practices or legal requirements change. The effective date will identify the latest version. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required.
